Groovy Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 Banana cut into chunks
1 C green seedless grapes
1 (6 ounce) tub vanilla lowfat yogurt
½ Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
1 ½ C fresh spinach leaves

DIRECTIONS
Place ingredients in blender. Blend until completely smooth, scraped down sides frequently to make sure it is fully mixed. Pour into glasses and serve.
